Hey,yall! What's cookin'? nothings cookin' today because we are making a super healthy, super easy 2 steps delicious beverage even a 3-year-old can make in a jiffy. Let's start with the recipe

Ingredients( for 2 glasses)

  1. 1 diced up apple

  2. milk

THAT'S IT! that's all you need to make my special apple smoothie. now all you gotta do is blend it into the blender. It only has 192 calories and will make you feel full for 4 hours. It tastes really good and well, that's it for this blog, see ya next Sunday!
