Hey, yall! What's cookin'? I betcha after this recipe, the answer will be.....*Insert drum roll* CHICKEN AL TAFHAM! Yeah, guys! Today's recipe is my favorite type of chicken, named by none other than your guy Aryaan ;) Chicken Al Tafham translates to "Chicken The Roasted" in Arabic. It's the greatest recipe for chicken in my mind and I can talk about it to anyone for hours. It's every single element has come from my mind and the first time I made it, I did it on my own. I am really proud of it and let's just start the recipe without further ado!
Ingredients
500 gm Chicken (With or without bones)
250 gm hung curd
Salt to taste
2tbsp Red Chili Pepper
2tbsp Turmeric
2tbsp Yellow Chili Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Add everything except the chicken in the yogurt and mix it real good. Then check the color, if it's not perfect reddish-orange, then add some orange food color, then add the chicken and marinate overnight. The next morning, take a foldable bbq grill. Then grill over the biggest burner on your stove (First low, then high), and BOOM! You have it right there, the infamous Chicken Al Tafham.
That was it for today's blog!
Hope to see y'all next Sunday with a new blissful recipe!
