Hey,yall!, What's cookin’? I mean, monsoon is coming so why not make a perfect monsoon level Gujarati dish DHOKLA, So let’s just cut to the chase straight off and start with the recipe
INGREDIENTS
1. 2 Cups of gram flour
2. 1 tsp salt
3. 1 tsp turmeric
4. 250 ml water
5. 2 tsp sugar
6. 1 lemon
7. 2 finely chopped green chilies
8. ½ inch piece of chopped garlic
9. ¼ tsp asafetida
10. 1 packet eno
11. 2 tsp curd
12. Some oil
13. Some more water
TYPES OF EQUIPMENT
1. A greased container
2. A microwave
3. A pizza cutter
RECIPE
Empty the salt, turmeric, half of the sugar, and some water in a bowl with some oil, add the mixture to the gram flour and mix, add the curd, lemon juice, leave for 20 minutes and then add the Eno, pour it into a greased container and microwave for 4 minutes, meanwhile, heat some oil with the asafoetida, ginger, chilies, and some water, then cut the sponge in blocks, then add the oil on the dhokla, AND ENJOY.
