Hey,yall! what's cookin'? Probably something lame BUT I'm here to change that WITH....(*Insert drumroll*) POTATO CUTLETS. YES, the greatest dish to ever walk my stomach, which will be yours too with the easiest recipe and the most magical of flavors, This dish will rock your world, so let's get started
1KG of potatoes
Red Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Mango powder: 1/2 tsp
cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Corn flour: 2 tsp
2 medium-sized onions
Coriander
some oil
TYPES OF EQUIPMENT
A Microwave oven(optional)
a pan
3 different bowls
a grater
A peeler
RECIPE
First, you gotta boil the potatoes, you can do the normal type of boil with water and heat, or you can just microwave them for 4 minutes. Your choice, while boiling fry onion and set aside, take the other onion, Grate, and strain and take the potatoes out, pour everything except the oil and mash, then grease your hands with oil and make them in perfect cutlets and tubes, then you gotta use minimal olive oil to saute them and once cooked, BOOM!
