Hey Foodsters! what's cookin'? Shahi Paneer? cus that's what's cookin' here! I haven't posted any Indian dishes and there have been a lot of requests for Indian sooooo LETS GOOO
INGREDIENTS
250 GM Paneer (Diced)
2 Medium Sized onions(finely chopped)
1-inch piece of ginger
100-50 GM cashews
3 tomatoes
2 small cardamoms
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper
1/4teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 turmeric
100 gram hung curd
oil
butter
2 cloves
cumin
take the butter in a pan and turn the stove on a medium-high flame, add the onion and cloves and saute until golden brown, then add the tomatoes and ginger, then saute them until soft. take it off the pan and let it cool then blend it in a jar with some water. then take a bowl, and add the turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, salt, and some water then mix it. then take some oil in a pan. add the cumin, the paste, and cook until the oil is separated from the water, then add the tomato paste and cook on high flame for 10 minutes then add the paneer, then cook again on simmer mode for 5 minutes then add a cup of water, top with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
